To fix Printer Offline after rebooting all you have to do is to follow the steps below :-
Step 1. First job you have to do is to delete offline printers by going to printer control panel, if you are not able to delete them it may be because they are pending for printing for this you have to open printer and cancel the jobs.
Step 2. Now delete/uninstall previously installed printer that appear as Client Side Rendering Provider under the Description column. For this you have to highlight the port, then click on Delete Port button and Click Apply.
Step 3. After you finish with Step 2 restart your computer.
Step 4. Reinstall the printer by following the steps below :
Step 5. Got to start ==> Control panel ==> Printers and click Add a printer.
Step 6. Click Add a local printer.
Step 7. Select the “Use an existing port” radio button, and select LPT1: (Printer Port). Click Next.
Step 8.After this you have to install the printer driver that you are having.
Step 9. Next you have to accept the printer name or type a new name which you want and leave the “Set as default printer” box unchecked and click Next.
Step 10. Now the printer should be installed, a window should pop up and saying that “You’ve successfully added printer name.
Note:- DO Not print the test page as nothing is connected to LPT1 port of your computer /laptop. Just Click Finish as the setup is complete. The printer you have added should appear on the printer’s windows.
Step 11. Right-click on the new printer that you have added and open Properties and go to Ports tab, click Add Port tab, select Local Port, then click New Port.
Step 12. After clicking the New Port a window opens you have to enter the port name as follows: \computernameprintername (computername is the name of your PC and printername with the name of your printer). and click OK
Step 13. You should now have a new port listed on the Ports tab of the printer Properties, but now the Description should be Local Port, instead of Client Side Rendering Provider. Click OK.
Step 14. Now you can go to the General tab, and Print a Test Page.
